After 15 years of experience building global teams, he decided it was time for his second chapter. His passion refreshes and inspires all who work with him.
With 10 years of experience in hospitality sales, a pandemic and 1 introduction later, Sophie found her next chapter. By day, she leads the Sales function of Chapter 2, winning new clients whilst growing and enhancing the company’s presence. Outside of work, she is a mother of 2 and qualified reflexologist, practising her passion in her spare time.
With over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and founder of his own Recruitment Agency, Toby works to ensure that the right people, and technology are in place at Chapter 2. The wealth of knowledge Toby brings is invaluable to the Chapter 2 team. You can grab a coffee and discuss anything from recruitment to Arsenal F.C. with him.
From London to Berlin, Brad is scaling Chapter 2’s German business by meeting with clients and colleagues. As an ex LinkedIn-er, Brad is skilled in improving people’s online presence and helping them reach their full potential. Working hard, playing hard, he is an open-water swimming fan who dives into all opportunities presented to him.
Narishma is the lead for all things People at Chapter 2. With a wealth of experience in personnel management, she works closely with Leo to ensure employees feel supported and valued. She’s your go-to for any advice you might need but can also teach you Zumba or stir up a tasty vegetarian dish. Just say when!
Having worked in the talent industry since she was 18, Mona works on a client account at Chapter 2 to help hire and train new starters across the board, maintaining Chapter 2’s standard of excellence. A people’s person and thrill-seeking drum and bass lover, Mona works hard to ensure the workplace is somewhere people feel happy.
From Talent Partner to Talent Director, Kelli has experience in all things recruitment. She leads her team in forming successful recruitment strategies and maintaining high engagement with clients to perfect the candidate experience. As a South-African native and a lover of London, you might find her and her family of 4 (including her bulldog) sightseeing in her down time on the weekend.
